I am Fabian Essrich, the Co-Founder of applaudio.
applaudio is a SaaS company which provides a peer-to-peer recognition platform that enables employees to share digital 'Thank You' notes with colleagues.

Our goal is to support companies in developing a working culture filled with appreciation, satisfaction and motivation. In our perspective, this is what it takes to win the War for Talents in the long term.

applaudio’s vision is to be the world's number one SaaS platform for employee recognition, employee satisfaction and employee motivation

Here is a summary of the first iteration of our business model.

Our value proposition is:
1. Provide companies with an opportunity to increase employee motivation and team collaboration
2. Provide companies with an opportunity to use analytical insights from team collaboration for fairer performance reviews for employees

Our main revenue stream is a 3€ monthly license fee our customers pay for each user on the platform.

In the future we also could benefit from commissions received from partner companies that provide input for the applaudio Reward program. The applaudio Reward Program is a feature that gives our customers the chance to provide benefits to its employees for each received Bravo

I'm the Co-Founder of applaudio, a SaaS solution to foster employee recognition in companies. I am responsible for the economical side of the business including business development, sales & marketing and finances. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur I was employed by Google. There, I had the chance to see how a world class company culture filled with appreciation, motivation and job satisfaction looks like. Today, I want to transfer the experiences I made and offer a solution to companies that do not have similar capabilities as Google when it comes to providing a company culture of the future to its employees.
